Jayesh Rao

Chairman

Jayesh Rao, armed with an MBA in marketing from B.K School of Management, Ahmedabad, was the visionary force behind Samanvay Realty’s pursuit of excellence in real estate and healthcare. With a decade-long tenure at the National Textile Corporation and subsequent leadership for three decades at the Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC), Jayesh spearheaded industrial progress across significant regions in Gujarat.

Joining Future Solar, Jayesh brings invaluable expertise and incisive business acumen to lead our foray into solar manufacturing. His leadership during his tenure at Samanvay Realty saw the group’s expansion and ascension to greater heights, setting a strong foundation for Future Solar’s ambitions. Jayesh remains instrumental in enabling new endeavors, not only at Future Solar but also through his contributions to the Samanvay Foundation, solidifying his guiding position in both Samanvay and Future Solar’s journeys toward success.

Ravi Rao

MD & CEO

Ravi Rao, the driving force behind Samanvay Realty’s commitment to crafting beautiful homes, holds a Civil Engineering degree from Nirma University. Furthering his expertise, he pursued an MS in Finance from the Rochester Institute of Technology, New York, before returning to Vadodara to establish Samanvay Realty in 2012. Under Ravi’s leadership, Samanvay Realty witnessed exponential growth, expanding its portfolio to include not just residential spaces but also commercial properties, thereby solidifying its position as a prominent real estate player in the region.

Moreover, Ravi’s visionary approach extended beyond real estate. As the founder of a renowned hospital specializing in cutting-edge healthcare solutions. His dynamic attitude, decisive nature, and visionary mindset continue to inspire and guide us in our solar manufacturing journey, fostering innovation and progress at every step. His diverse background in real estate, healthcare, and entrepreneurial ventures exemplifies his ability to spearhead Future Solar’s ambitions towards sustainable growth and success.

Richi Shah

Co-Founder & Director

Richi Shah Rao, the creative force behind Samanvay Realty’s impactful brand presence, is a trailblazer with a BE in Electronics Engineering from Birla Vishwakarma Mahavidhyalaya and an M.S in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University. Her expertise from roles at Intel Corporation (US) and Matrix Communications (India) fortified her strategic acumen.

Joining Future Solar alongside her husband and partner, Mr. Ravi Rao, Richi has been pivotal in elevating the group’s digital footprint. Her strategic brilliance and persistent innovation enhanced Samanvay Realty’s brand image, making it the city’s foremost real estate company in digital marketing and CRM engagement.

At Future Solar, Richi continues to steer our journey toward success, leveraging her keen observation, amicable nature, and sharp intellect to drive continual improvement. Alongside her pivotal role, she remains at the helm of Samanvay Foundation, nurturing her brainchild with the same passion and dedication.

Chintan Brahmbhatt

Director

A Civil engineering graduate from SVIT university, Chintan has also completed his Masters in infrastructure construction management from NICMARC, Pune. After an enriching stint with a leading contracting firm in Dahej, Chintan joined Samanvay Realty in 2015. He brought with him rich sector expertise from hands-on industry exposure. After his successful journey with us he has been appointed as Director for our new venture Future Solar.
